1886/90 1/4 anna green tied by black seal cancellation to internal address.
A large internal envelope with a horizontal pair of the 1/4 anna green tied on the reverse by two strikes of teh circular cancel dated 21sep 98. The very similar delivery pmk on the same side is dated 23 sept 98.
