1895-96 5r ultramarine and violet, wmk star, perf 14, 1895 India ovpt Type 9, variety overprint double (SG63a) unused , with large part on gum, vertical crease at left. Less than 10 known to exist as per Minns. 2001 BPA certificate.
1897 (JA 12) locally addressed "Jamall" cover (philatelic) with 1895-96 short set of 10 to 12a, tied by individual very fine strikes of Mombassa cds. A colourful item.
